Táto interaktívna hra vznikla v rámci univerzitného projektu. Venuje sa situáciám a výzvam, s ktorými sa ženy môžu stretávať počas štúdia alebo práce v IT.

Hra obsahuje rôzne situácie inšpirované skutočnými skúsenosťami žien v IT. Hráčky sa v nich stretávajú napríklad s pochybnosťami o sebe, stereotypmi, negatívnymi komentármi či pocitom, že musia svoje schopnosti neustále dokazovať.

V jednotlivých situáciách si hráčky môžu vyberať z rôznych možností reakcie a sledovať, ako ich rozhodnutia ovplyvňujú sebavedomie, stres, motiváciu či pocit zapadnutia do kolektívu. Cieľom nie je ukázať „správne“ rozhodnutia, ale ponúknuť priestor na zamyslenie sa nad tým, ako môžu na náročné situácie reagovať a čo môže pomôcť zvládnuť ich. Zároveň hra pripomína, že podobné skúsenosti zažíva mnoho žien.

This game-like interactive experience was created as part of a university project. It explores common challenges women may face while studying or working in IT environments.

The game consists of a series of interactive situations inspired by real experiences shared by women in IT. Players encounter challenges such as self-doubt, stereotypes, negative comments and situations where they may feel pressured to prove themselves.

In each situation, players can choose between different responses and see how their decisions affect their confidence, stress, motivation and sense of belonging. Rather than presenting a single “correct” response, the game offers an opportunity to reflect on different ways of navigating difficult situations and what can help to deal with them. It also highlights that many women experience similar challenges.
